Since 2010, More Adventure has provided high quality challenges and holidays to hundreds of people in various locations throughout the world. Each event is run by professional, experienced and friendly leaders that ensure that the highest levels of safety and enjoyment throughout.

Our team of expert planning consultants ensure the highest quality of safety, accommodation, routes and other logistics in the most incredible destinations in the world. We also work alongside a number of hand-picked in-country agents that share a similar ethos on how to plan and run trips. They bring their in-country expertise and local knowledge to provide those extra touches that people remember forever.

More Adventure leaders are quite simply the best in the business and most are employed on a freelance basis at various points throughout the year. All of our leaders hold outdoor first aid qualifications, have vast experience leading groups in a variety of environments and are great fun to be around! Here are of some of them:

Tom began working in the adventure travel industry in 2007 leading youth expeditions overseas, he has since guided on cycling and trekking expeditions throughout the world. Some of his journeys have included cycling from Adelaide to Brisbane unsupported, riding on horseback through the Mongolian Steppe, cycling through Vietnam and Cambodia, and skiing the Vallee Blanche. He’s guided on two wheels in the Alps, Pyrenees, the canals and cobbles of Belgium, U.S.A., Tuscany, the Dolomites, amongst many others. |

Hannah is an experienced mountaineer based on the edge of Snowdonia National Park. She is a British Emergency Medicine doctor and also works as an expedition doctor, specialising in high altitude. She has travelled extensively throughout the world for both work and pleasure, has undertaken numerous altitude research expeditions and teaches on the UK Diploma in Mountain Medicine. Hannah can usually be found climbing, cycling, running, swimming or skiing in her local mountains and lakes. Her personal website and blog is here. |

Ben began his career in adventure working at an exclusive ski resort in Switzerland where he rubbed shoulders with some of the most wealthy people in the world. He is an avid cyclist and has completed various famous routes including the Fred Whitton Challenge in the Lake District and the Etape du Tour. |

Mark has over 28 years’ experience as an instructor, combining work as a Seismic Mountaineer and Technical Advisor with instructing and guiding as an MIC. Mark has also led expeditions to South America, North and East Africa, Nepal, Tibet and Norway. He has climbed extensively in the Middle East and felt nervous and fallen off in over 40 countries. He cycles regularly and looks forward to the day when Mont Ventoux doesn’t hurt. |

Dave is a keen cyclist, mountaineer, climber, skier, runner……almost anything that is fairly active Dave enjoys. He has travelled the world on personal and work adventures, has worked in the outdoor industry for 17 years, and still loves it as much as the day he started. Dave has been featured on television several times demonstrating outdoor skills to TV personalities and has extensive experience and certificated expertise in many disciplines. |
